"Love the sesame grinding bowl and the sauce! The katsu itself is nice, quite juicy and not oily. I was sitting near the kitchen area and the wait staff talked a little loud so it’s a bit noisy."

"Just found out there’s a katsu restaurant in the basement of Plaza Senayan (or more like, just found out there are even restaurants down there ). Didn’t expect much at first, but wow, this place serves premium katsu! First of all, service is 10/10—the waiters are super attentive, and they refill the ocha immediately without even asking (which I love). The place itself has a warm and cozy ambiance, but for someone like me who sweats easily, it felt a bit hot.. Maybe they could lower the AC a bit lol. The katsu menu is quite varied, with different cuts and styles to choose from. They even have special seasonal menus. Since it was rainy season, I went for a brothy katsu dish—perfect for cold weather! Portion size? Massive. The katsu itself was crispy outside, tender inside, and the broth had a rich umami flavor. It was so filling I almost couldn’t finish it Oh, and the side dish veggies are refillable, which is a nice touch, but personally, I didn’t really enjoy them since they were served a bit too cold. Would’ve been better slightly warm, I think. Overall, really solid spot for katsu lovers! Definitely worth a try if you’re around Plaza Senayan"

"I went here for lunch. I ordered 1. Pork sirloin katsu set (5/5) 2. Chicken katsu set (5/5) One of the best katsu restaurant in jakarta. Definitely will come back to this restaurant again. The service was fast. Staffs were very friendly. Good for family and friends. They have baby chair too. It might get crowded during lunch or dinner time especially during weekend. CONCLUSION = RECOMMENDED!!!"

"Best tonkatsu in Jakarta. Kato-san really set the bar high when he established his first shop at Plaza Senayan. This PI Branch has the same quality and delicious tonkatsu as their original shop. I loved their tenderloin (no far) pork cutlets. If you love fatty pork belly then get the sirloin one. Ebi combination was also very good."
